Seviper uit de Japanse Grass Quick Construction Pack, een van de zes kant-en-klare startpakketten die op 16 januari 2005 verschenen. Elk pakket telt 15 kaarten: zeven Pokémon, drie trainerkaarten en vijf energiekaarten. Mitsuhiro Arita tekende deze basiskaart met 80 HP, die met Bite Off extra hard toeslaat tegen Pokémon-ex. In het Engels verscheen dezelfde kaart in EX Emerald.
