What sleeves are for
Sleeves keep dirt, grease, and moisture off your cards and make shuffling a lot smoother. At a tournament, every sleeve in your deck must be identical and undamaged, because a scratch or crease makes a card recognizable from the back — and that counts as cheating, even if it isn't meant that way.
About this design
Rapidash is the fire horse from Kanto, with a mane of flames and a top speed pushing two hundred kilometers per hour. In the Flames & Fairies series it's paired with Fairy types, a contrast that's actually a weakness in the card game: Fire and Fairy work against each other.
