Description
Ultra Pro Eclipse 12-Pocket PRO-Binder — Sky Blue. A binder with twelve pockets per page, where you slide cards in from the side. That means nothing can fall out when you lift the binder or hold it upside down.

Why the black interior?
The pages have a black web material with a raised outline in the middle. That does two things: it frames your cards neatly against a dark background, and it provides grip so cards don't shift within their pocket. Across all colors in the Eclipse line, that interior is black; only the cover differs.
