How the deck works
Everything revolves around Regidrago VSTAR’s attack Apex Dragon: it copies the attack of a Dragon Pokémon in your discard pile. That makes your discard pile not waste but your toolbox — the more different dragons you have put in there, the more answers you have. Support comes from Teal Mask Ogerpon ex, Dragapult ex and a dense layer of Trainer cards.
Please note: not tournament legal
The cards in a World Championship Deck carry a mark on the back and in the text stating that they are not tournament legal. It is a reference piece and a collector’s item: you can play it at home against another champion’s deck, but not enter it in a tournament. That is deliberate — the point is to record what won that year.
