Description
A World Championship Deck from the Pokémon Trading Card Game: the exact copy of the Regidrago VSTAR deck with which Evan Pavelski won the Senior Division at the 2024 World Championships in Honolulu.
What’s in the box
- 1 full deck of 60 cards
- 1 World Championships 2024 booklet
- 1 pin
- 1 coin
- 1 deck box in the tournament design
- 1 double-sided playmat and poster
- 1 code card for Pokémon TCG Live
How the deck works
Everything revolves around Regidrago VSTAR’s attack Apex Dragon: it copies the attack of a Dragon Pokémon in your discard pile. That makes your discard pile not waste but your toolbox — the more different dragons you have put in there, the more answers you have. Support comes from Teal Mask Ogerpon ex, Dragapult ex and a dense layer of Trainer cards.
Please note: not tournament legal
The cards in a World Championship Deck carry a mark on the back and in the text stating that they are not tournament legal. It is a reference piece and a collector’s item: you can play it at home against another champion’s deck, but not enter it in a tournament. That is deliberate — the point is to record what won that year.
The other 2024 champion’s deck: The 'Don by Jesse Parker.
