What a binder like this is for

Who Ting-Lu and Chien-Pao are
Ting-Lu and Chien-Pao belong to the Treasures of Ruin: four Legendary Pokémon from Paldea, each of which arose from an object in which so much resentment had lingered that it came to life. Ting-Lu emerged from a stone tablet, Chien-Pao from a pair of old swords. All four were sealed with sacred stakes, and in the game you pull those out yourself.
