What a binder like this is for
A binder like this is bound: the pages are fixed in place, there are no rings to damage the cards on the inside, and there is nothing that can spring open if the binder falls. The pockets are acid-free and PVC-free, so the cards won't come out yellowed or sticky after years. That makes it suitable for storing cards, not just for transporting them.
Who Ting-Lu and Chien-Pao are
Ting-Lu and Chien-Pao belong to the Treasures of Ruin: four Legendary Pokémon from Paldea, each of which arose from an object in which so much resentment had lingered that it came to life. Ting-Lu emerged from a stone tablet, Chien-Pao from a pair of old swords. All four were sealed with sacred stakes, and in the game you pull those out yourself.
From the same period we also have the dice from the Paldea Evolved Elite Trainer Box and the Paldea First Partner accessory bundle.
