Deze ronde Japanse sticker uit 2010 toont Piplup (ポッチャマ) op een roze-paarse achtergrond met lichtstralen. Bovenaan staat het logo 劇場版 ポケットモンスター ダイヤモンド&パール, van de bioscoopfilm bij Pocket Monsters Diamond & Pearl; onderaan staat de filmtitel 幻影の覇者 ゾロアーク, in het Engels Zoroark: Master of Illusions.
De achterkant is zwart-wit gedrukt met een zwarte rand. Bovenaan staat in een boog ポケモンコレクションシール (Pokémon-verzamelsticker), met daaronder 劇場版 en het logo ポケットモンスター DIAMOND&PEARL ダイヤモンド&パール. Verder staan er de naam ポッチャマ, het nummer SP-02 in een stervormig kader, het logo サッポロ一番 en het logo PIKACHU THE MOVIE met een getekende Pikachu. Langs de rand loopt de copyrightregel, met onder meer GAME FREAK, TV Tokyo, ShoPro, JR Kikaku, ©Pokémon en ©2010 ピカチュウプロジェクト.
