Why 64 and not 65
Western sleeve packs contain 65, Japanese ones 64 — a difference that comes down purely to the habits of the two markets. A deck holds 60 cards either way, so you end up with a few spares regardless. Japanese Pokémon sleeves fit standard-size Pokémon TCG cards (63 × 88 mm), regardless of the card's language.
About Zeraora
Zeraora is the mythical electric Pokémon that made its debut, free of any Poké Ball, in the movie The Power of Us: a cat-like creature that discharges electricity from its paws to catapult itself through the air. It’s never been available to catch normally — only through events. Here, alongside Pikachu, the most famous electric Pokémon of all, it appears on the sleeve as a travel companion.
What sleeves are for
Sleeves protect your cards from fingerprints, moisture and damaged edges, and they make a deck shuffle more smoothly. At tournaments they're effectively mandatory: every card back in your deck has to look identical, so no one can tell which card you're holding from the back.
From the same series there’s the edition with Rayquaza. Another Japanese design featuring Pikachu is Pikachu’s Gift.
