What a Pokémon coin is for
In the Pokémon Trading Card Game, many attacks and Trainer cards have effects that only happen if you flip heads. You need a coin for that, and one comes standard with every theme deck, every collection, and every blister pack. Officially licensed coins are tournament legal; a regular coin from your pocket isn't.
About Mega Diancie
Diancie is the Mythical Pokémon from Kalos: a Carbink that, on a rare occasion, changes form and comes to look like a princess made of diamond. It's a Rock and Fairy type, and in its Mega form it floats within a wreath of pink crystal. Like other Mythical Pokémon, it could only be obtained in the games through an event.
About Phantasmal Flames
Phantasmal Flames released on November 14, 2025 and is the second major expansion in the Mega Evolution series. The set has 130 cards with six Mega Evolution Pokémon ex, including, alongside Mega Diancie, Mega Charizard X, Mega Gengar, Mega Heracross, Mega Lopunny, and Mega Sharpedo.
From the same set, the Mega Charizard X coin is also sold separately.
