Diseases threaten Europe, and only you can stop them! In Pandemic: Hot Zone Europe, new mutations make your task even harder as the diseases grow stronger and resistant. Team up with your teammates against the threat: prevent outbreaks, discover cures, and win or lose the game together!

In Pandemic: Hot Zone Europe, you are members of a specialized disease-fighting team. Thanks to your unique skills, you can work together to stop the spread of disease across Europe. On your turn, you carry out various actions, try to treat the diseases, and work to discover cures.

Once you've discovered the cures for all (3) diseases, you win the game together!

Compared to the original Pandemic game, a Pandemic: Hot Zone game has the following differences:

• Smaller box, board, and cards

• There are only 3 diseases (instead of 4).

• The number of cards you draw during setup is different.

• Discovering a cure requires 4 cards (instead of 5).

• There is only 1 research station (in Geneva). You cannot build research stations or move using a Shuttle.

• The player card deck contains only 3 Epidemic cards, and all of them are used in every game.

• Diseases cannot be eradicated.

• Some character abilities have been slightly adjusted.

• Mutation cards can be added for extra challenge.

But watch out: the different Pandemic Hot Zone games can be combined for a bigger, more challenging game!

Contents: 1 game board, 40 player cards (24 city cards, 3 Epidemic cards, 4 event cards, and 9 mutation cards), 24 infection cards, 4 reference cards, 4 character cards, 4 pawns, 48 disease cubes, 3 cure markers, 1 infection rate marker, 1 outbreak marker, and a rulebook.
