Specifications
- Contents: 2 promo cards
- Language: Japanese
- Release: McDonald's Japan, August 9–11, 2025
- Unopened, with McDonald's stamp on the cards
What's in the pack
Each pack contains a Pikachu promo card with artwork drawn specially for this promotion, plus one random card from five possibilities: Sprigatito, Fuecoco, Quaxly, Ralts, or Riolu. Those five are reprints from recent sets; only the Pikachu has new artwork. All six carry the McDonald's logo, and that stamp is what sets them apart from the regular versions.
Why it's so scarce
The promotion ran for three days and only in Japan — the first McDonald's card promotion there in about ten years. Nothing has been reprinted and the packs were never sold in stores: anyone who wants one depends on what was given out and kept during those three days.
Two of the five possible second cards also have a matching loose coin in the store: Quaxly and Fuecoco.
