Description
The Collector's Edition of the Revival Trance Commander Deck from Magic: The Gathering – FINAL FANTASY. The difference from the regular version: all one hundred cards are Surge Foil, and so are the tokens.
What's in the box
- 1 ready-to-play Commander Deck of 100 cards, all in Surge Foil
- 1 Collector Booster Sample Pack with 2 cards
- 10 double-sided tokens in Surge Foil
- 1 deck box for 100 sleeved cards
- 1 strategy insert
- 1 reference card
The deck
The deck is led by Terra, Herald of Hope and plays red, white and black. It's about filling your graveyard and bringing fallen creatures back — so you never lose anything you've already played. It includes 25 cards that are new to Magic.
Final Fantasy VI in Magic
This deck is built around Final Fantasy VI. Besides Terra, it includes cards for Celes, Edgar, Sabin, Setzer, Shadow and Kefka, among others.
Surge Foil or regular
Surge Foil is a wavy foil pattern that runs across the whole card. A hundred cards in that finish is meant for anyone who mainly wants the deck to look great; if you just want to play with it, the regular version is the cheaper option.
The regular version is the Final Fantasy VI Commander Deck: Revival Trance. Another Collector's Edition is Limit Break.
