What Mad Party is
Mad Party is an attack shared by four Pokémon: Bunnelby, Dedenne, Galarian Mr. Rime, and Polteageist. It does 20 damage for each Pokémon in your discard pile that also has Mad Party — so the more of those four you've already lost, the harder the rest hit. A deck that deliberately discards its own cards; tournaments have been won with it. Each of the four got its own Pin Collection with a pin, a foil promo card, and three Shining Fates boosters.
About Polteageist
Polteageist is the teapot Pokémon from the Galar region: a ghost that lives in antique crockery and dilutes the tea with its own juices. Many of the Polteageist you come across turn out to be living in fake crockery — exactly the kind of joke the Galar region is full of.
From the same series, the pin with Galarian Mr. Rime is sold separately. The other two, Bunnelby and Dedenne, are still missing.
