Deze Japanse Metallic sticker uit 2009 is een promotiesticker van Namco. Lugia staat afgebeeld op een glinsterende achtergrond met ruitpatroon, omringd door een blauwe ring met steeds de naam Lugia. Linksboven staat het namco-logo, onderaan de campagnetekst 「ナムコでポケモンゲットだぜ！」 met daaronder 「遊ぼう！当てよう！キャンペーン」 (vrij vertaald: vang Pokémon bij Namco, speel en win), en rechtsonder staan het logo van Pocket Monsters Diamond & Pearl en de vermelding 非売品 (niet voor de verkoop bestemd).
De sticker draagt geen artikelnummer en de achterkant is onbedrukt. Dit is een verzamelsticker en geen kaart uit het Pokémon-ruilkaartspel: er staan geen HP, geen type en geen aanvallen op en de sticker is niet speelbaar in het Pokémon TCG.
