Horsea is kaart 33/97 uit de uitbreiding EX Dragon, een Uncommon met een illustratie van Hajime Kusajima. Met Retaliate doet Horsea meer schade naarmate er meer schadefiches op hem liggen, en Smokescreen kan de volgende aanval van de verdedigende Pokémon laten mislukken. Je ontvangt de reverse-holo-uitvoering; de foto toont de gewone print.
