What sleeves are for
Sleeves keep dirt, grease and moisture off your cards and make shuffling a lot smoother. At a tournament, all the sleeves in your deck must be identical and undamaged, because a scratch or crease makes a card recognizable from the back — and that counts as cheating, even if it wasn't meant that way.
About Maushold
Maushold isn't a single Pokémon but a family: two parents with two or three young, counted as one being. Which of the two combinations you get isn't up to you. In the trading card game, that trait has been used for cards that attack with multiple figures at once.
Why there are 64 in a Japanese pack
A Japanese pack contains 64 sleeves, not 65. That's because a Japanese deck has 60 cards, leaving exactly four spare for prize cards or replacement. Japanese sleeves are also cut a fraction tighter than Western ones, which makes them nice as an inner sleeve under a second layer.
