Why 64 and not 65
Western sleeve packs contain 65, Japanese ones 64 — a difference that comes down purely to convention in the two markets. A deck holds 60 cards either way, so you'll have a few spares left over regardless. Japanese Pokémon sleeves fit standard-size Pokémon TCG cards (63 × 88 mm), regardless of the card's language.
About BALL FREAK and Mimikyu
BALL FREAK is a Pokémon Center design series that pictures Pokémon together with Poké Balls; versions have appeared featuring Dragapult and Sylveon, among others. Mimikyu is the Pokémon that hides under a homemade Pikachu costume because it wants to be loved too — nobody knows what it really looks like, and whoever sees it is scared to death.
Another Japanese sleeve pack in the shop is the one from the Pokémon Center Osaka DX. Western sleeves include, among others, ones with Stellar Tera Pikachu.
