Ampharos is de Fase 2-evolutie van Flaaffy en verschijnt hier als kaart 033/070 uit HeartGold Collection, de Japanse set waarmee in oktober 2009 het LEGEND-tijdperk begon. Masakazu Fukuda tekende Ampharos voor een vuurtoren, een verwijzing naar Olivine City uit de spellen. Alle exemplaren in de winkel dragen het 1st Edition-stempel linksonder.
