What these sleeves are for
Official sleeves from Bandai, sized for cards from the One Piece Card Game and for any other game with standard-size cards. They keep dirt, grease and moisture off the card and make shuffling much smoother. At a tournament, all sleeves in your deck must be identical and undamaged, since a scratch or bend makes a card recognizable from the back.
About this design
Buggy the Clown ate the Chop-Chop Fruit and can split his body into floating pieces, which makes him immune to being cut. He started out as one of Luffy's first, smallest opponents and accidentally worked his way up to becoming one of the most powerful names at sea — always through chance, never through merit.
